Acting Head of the NSC Office held a meeting with the Team Leader of the EU funded project supporting the Public Administration Reform in Georgia

Acting Head of the National Security Council’s Office, Sergo Turmanidze held an introductory meeting with the Team Leader of the EU funded project supporting the Public Administration Reform in Georgia, Tibor Draskovics and the senior experts of the project.
Sergo Turmanidze elaborated on the mandate and the main functional responsibilities of the Office.
At the meeting, the sides discussed the opportunities for cooperation as well as relevant strands of action.
The EU funded project supporting the Public Administration Reform in Georgia, has already been working for more than two years. From November it will be extended for two more years. In this new period, the focus will be on capacity building, on the relevant directions, within the security sector.
