
Delegation of the Royal College of Defence Studies visited the National Security Council’s Office

The delegation of the "Royal College of Defence Studies"(RCDS) of the Great Britain paid a visit to the Office of the National Security Council.
The Head of the National Security Council’s Office, Givi Tumanishvili addressed the guests with a welcome speech.
The representatives of the Council’s Office introduced the functions of the Council, the activities of its Office and the National Security Review process. They also discussed issues related to hybrid and cyber threats. At the meeting, they also discussed the main functions of the national crisis management system as well as the National Situation Room.
RCDS Delegation consisted of the academic personnel of the College and senior military representatives and officials from the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Chile, Australia, Malaysia, Romania, Qatar, Pakistan, Oman, Japan, Kuwait, Nepal and Lebanon.
The group of Royal College of Defence Studies visited Georgia as part of RCDS annual Global Strategy Programme.
