EU delegation visited the NSC Office

Head of the National Security Council’s Office, Givi Tumanishvili held an introductory meeting with the Deputy Head of the EU delegation, Asuncion Sanchez Ruiz.
Givi Tumanishvili introduced ongoing strategic projects, coordinated by the NSC Office. Particular attention was paid to the matters regarding Critical Infrastructure and countering Hybrid Threats.
During the meeting parties discussed existing security environment in the region as well as the challenges facing Georgia.
Both sides agreed on strengthening future prospects of cooperation as well as the respective strands of action.
The NSC Office and the EU Office representatives also attended the meeting.
