
Head of the NSC Office paid an official visit to Türkiye

The Head of the National Security Council’s Office, Givi Tumanishvili paid a two-day official visit to the Republic of Türkiye.
Within the visit Givi Tumanishvili held a meeting with the Secretary General of the National Security Council of Türkiye, the Governor Mr. Seyfullah Hacimüftüoğlu.
At the meeting the parties discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation and focused on the prospects of deepening the relations. The significance of strategic partnership between two countries was emphasized at the meeting.
Within the visit to Türkiye, the Head of the NSC Office visited the Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency of the Ministry of Interior and Turkish Aerospace Industries. Givi Tumanishvili was informed on the specifics of the work of the agencies, where he discussed the prospects of cooperation with AFAD and TUSAS.
During the visit, the Head of the NSC Office visited the Mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, laid a wreath of garland on the tombstone of the founding father of the Republic of Türkiye and made an entry to the Book of Remembrance.
