2011-2013 - Worked as Georgian envoy in the United States. Supervising the political and economic departments of the embassy.
2008-2010 - Deputy State Minister for Reintegration. In this capacity participated in the so-called Geneva discussions and in the Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism (IPRM).
Co-chairman of the Working Group on US-Georgia Charter on Strategic Partnership.
2009 - present – Founding member of the non-governmental organization “Baltic to Black Sea Alliance”
Co-founder and chairman of the supervisory board of the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs.
A spouse and four children.
