
Representative from the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of Denmark and Civil Protection Expert from the NATO HQ visited the Office of the National Security Council

Within the framework of visit in Georgia, representative from the Emergency Management Agency of Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of Denmark, Christine Hoeg and Civil Protection Expert from the NATO HQ, Orjan Karlsson visited the Office of the National Security Council.
The Deputy Head of the NSC Office, Giorgi Ghibradze and representatives from the National Crisis Management Center (Department) briefed the visitors regarding national crisis management system and the priority areas for its further development.
The parties discussed strategic directions defined within the Tailored Support Document to Georgia, which are envisaged to be incorporated in the Crisis Management Initiative of the NATO-Georgia Substantial Package (SNGP).
The implementation of the SNGP Crisis Management Initiative is coordinated by the NSC Office and the Danish Emergency Management Agency.
The meeting was also attended by the Crisis Management Initiative lead from Denmark, Susanne Kristensen and representatives from the Ministry of Defence of Georgia.
